General help: support@getpws.com. Describe the issue, app version, operating system and affected feature. Reception of the contact addresses has been checked. There is currently no promised 24/7 support or fixed service level. PWS is in private testing; public signup and download are not available.
Diagnostics without secrets
The existing “Create diagnostics” function produces a limited local file at your request. It is not automatically sent to PWS. Review every attachment before sending it. Do not send passwords, tokens, recovery keys, complete databases, unpublished media or unredacted OAuth URLs. Use the existing walkthrough for orientation.
Privacy, erasure and security reports
Privacy/erasure requests: legal@getpws.com; see Data deletion for the safe procedure. Security issues: security@getpws.com. Describe the affected feature and a safe reproduction without real credentials. Email links open your own email application. Processing and periods are explained in Privacy information.
